In addition, this course/module is design to examine the principle of psychology while offering administrative services to patients.

Course/Module Objectives:

The main objectives of the course are:

  1. To analyse human needs and expectations in the achievement of satisfaction while delivering services to patients in Health Care organizations
  2. To deal with complaints, remedies and prevention
  3. To articulate the characteristics of service and a gap analysis between expectations, satisfaction, and psychological support
  4. To merge service and quality in order to achieve an effective application of service quality
  5. To develop and control effective employee performance towards quality service in Health Care organizations.
